A 30-minute entertaining cognitive session with dolphins is an unforgettable meeting with the Black Sea bottlenose dolphins – especially intellectual, outstanding, curious animals.

Where?
The Dolphinarium of the Lithuanian Sea Museum, Smiltynės St. 3, LT-93100 Klaipėda.
The session takes place beside the acrylic wall of the main pool, not in water.
When?
From Tuesdays to Sunday – 11.00 am.
How much?
120 Eur for one person; 200 Eur for groups of 2-4 people.
Watchers are seated behind the partition separating the pool and the hall.

Miscellaneous
- It is recommended to change clothes and foot-wear before a session, as participants may get wet. Participants are not required to wear special clothes or foot-wear.
- The payment may be done by bank transfer in advance or in cash and/or by payment card in the booking-office of the Dolphinarium (during the working hours of the Dolphinarium).
- The payment is repaid if and when a session is cancelled at the initiative of the Museum.
- During a session, visitors are acquainted with the animals of the Dolphinarium and its history. They are briefed on the species of dolphins on the whole and the one living in the Dolphinarium, as well as their character, temper and other peculiarities. Trainers explain why dolphins are trained, what is their natural behaviour, how dolphin shows are developed, what is their weight, how high they jump out of the water, how playful they are and how they contact with humans and other animals. Also, their social behaviour, living in groups, behaviour and possibilities of their echolocation system is described. Training devices and principle elements will be demonstrated. The procedure of training of certain show elements will be explained. The procedure of feeding will be demonstrated, participants will be encouraged to feed the dolphins themselves. Participants will learn to give commands (e.g. to dance, to circle or to do a somersault).
